Advanced Content Management is a 1-day course designed for those who are responsible for maintaining an existing Pragmatech knowledge base. 

You will learn how to use advanced software features and administrative utilities to maintain Pragmatech knowledge base content. You will learn how to use the Query function, create custom reports, use the content maintenance methods, and administrative utilities. This hands-on course provides extensive practice exercises to reinforce the lessons learned. 

Prerequisite

You must be a client with an existing Pragmatech knowledge base and prior attendance in a Pragmatech authoring class or workshop – such as  Knowledge Base Fundamentals  or  RFP Machine . 

What to Bring   

You should bring to class in electronic format: 

• Your Pragmatech knowledge base
• Your company’s Microsoft Word styles template
