The course begins with an overview of the tool and its reporting capabilities. Participants will learn how to launch the tool and run reports against their knowledge base. Each report type will be reviewed and compared with Pragmatech best practices. Solution steps will be defined to edit a knowledge base to meet best practices and participants will complete an action plan for knowledge base retuning. During workshop time the instructor will guide participants through their action plan to edit and update their knowledge base.
