The first problem that needed tackling was a specific one – how can we improve the delivery of project documents to customers, both in-project and on completion?

The documentation produced is immense, and it all needs to be gathered, collated and delivered to the customer in a logical, accessible and easy to navigate manner – without too much in the way of additional work/resource.
The answer of course was Concurrence – giving project managers the ability to find and retrieve the relevant content, and then publish out to a professionally branded interface. This has given Booz Allen the ability to provide the end recipient with a high quality, professional-standard delivery with easy and intuitive access to its underlying content and a pleasing user experience.
This by-product of the original adoption of the tool has led to a realization that Concurrence has a whole lot more to offer than just bid and proposal submissions, and has in its own way contributed to a difference in the way in which they are now able to communicate with their customers, as well as other audiences.
