You learn how to build and navigate a Pragmatech knowledge base. You learn about Word styles, style templates, and general document preparation to build and maintain your Pragmatech knowledge base. Creating knowledge base records and best practices in assigning record data and with how to efficiently navigate a knowledge base are taught. This hands-on course provides extensive practice exercises to reinforce the lessons learned.
