Online RFP Response Collaboration is a 2.5 hour class that is designed for professionals who have a Pragmatech database and use The RFP Machine or Proposal Automation Suite to respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other information requests.
You will learn the time-saving approach to responding to an RFP collaboratively with input from team members. In addition to learning three search methods to find appropriate responses to RFP questions, this class teaches you how to distribute assigned questions to subject matter experts, merge subject matter expert revisions into the master document, and how to run the automated Finishing Steps.
To to manage the update of your Pragmatech database with new and improved content prepared for a completed RFP response or proposal, you will also learn how to perform an "after-action review" and Pragmatech database update.
Prerequisite
The participants who will benefit most from this class are those with some experience using The RFP Machine or Proposal Automation Suite – or who have previously attended The RFP Machine training class.
How to Prepare
This is a demo style, instructor-led class delivered online. You will need the following:
- Computer with Internet Access (T1/T3, DSL/Cable, or 56kbps or faster connection)
- Ability to connect to a web meeting using Microsoft® Office Live Meeting
- Telephone
- Printed reference guide (which will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of registration)
