Online Content Management Essentials is a 4-hour online course that is designed for participants who have a Pragmatech knowledge base and want to improve the effectiveness of their knowledge base using advanced content management functions and features.

Query techniques are taught to facilitate updates and reports. Collaboration is introduced to both the RFP response and content maintenance process. Several standard reports are demonstrated. The process of managing Key Words and Synonyms is discussed with a demonstration of the Key Word utility functions. Finally, Build Mode is demonstrated to edit existing records as well as update the Scheduler.


Recommendation

This course is recommended as a follow up after attending the Ready, Set, Respond RFP Workshop.

How to Prepare    

This is a demo style, instructor-led class delivered online.  You will need the following:

  • Computer with Internet Access (T1/T3, DSL/Cable, or 56kbps or faster connection)
  • Ability to connect to join a meeting at the GoToMeeting website
  • Telephone
  • Printed workbook (which will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of registration)
