The Online Evaluator course is a 2-hour course designed for participants who have purchased the Knowledge Base Evaluator and want to learn how to use the tool and run reports against their own knowledge base.
The course begins with an overview of the tool and its reporting capabilities. Participants will learn how to launch the tool and run reports. Each report type will be reviewed and compared with Pragmatech best practices. An overview of solution steps will be provided so that participants are prepared to retune their knowledge base upon completion of the course.

This is a demo style, instructor-led class delivered online. You will need the following:
