Pragmatech Training: Online RFP Express

Online RFP Express training is a 4-hour course that focuses on the fundamental mechanics of RFP Express. You learn how to navigate a Pragmatech knowledge base and use the knowledge base to respond to RFPs -- both individually and collaboratively. When collaborating, you can use email to assign questions to subject matter experts through your organization. Best practices to maximize productivity using the tool are discussed. If your RFP Express license provides you with the optional Edit permission, you will also learn how to edit knowledge base records for which you are the assigned “Reviewer”.
How to Prepare
This is a demo style, instructor-led class delivered online. Participants will need the following:
- Computer with Internet Access (T1/T3, DSL/Cable, or 56kbps or faster connection)
- Ability to connect to a web meeting using Microsoft® Office Live Meeting
- Telephone
- Printed reference guide (which will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of registration)
