The Proposal Automation Suite™ combines the proven RFP response capabilities of The RFP Machine® with innovative document automation features that streamline the creation of many types of selling documents - including business proposals, statements of work, proactive and follow-up sales letters, and other sales communications.
With the Proposal Automation Suite, you can create proposal templates that allow sales and other customer-facing professionals to quickly create branded, accurate, and sales-ready proposals in minutes. Using a proposal template, salespeople can point-and-click to generate a personalized and customized proposal.
The Suite includes email-based collaboration functions that facilitate team authoring of sales documents and simplify content management processes. A built-in tracking module tracks proposal status, win/loss values, details of collaboration activity, and other user-defined information.
The Proposal Automation Suite is used by proposal professionals and sales knowledge managers. It is a component of the Pragmatech RFP Response and Proposal Automation solution.
