RFPMaster searches your database of answers and returns high-probability matches for each question. Qvidian even lets you email questions to subject matter experts, determine the exact status of each answer, and manage the entire response process.
Proactive Proposals - And Other Sales-Critical Documents - Proposal software to quickly create winning proposals and other sales-related documents. Qvidian guides sales and proposal professionals trough a series of intuitive screens where the relevant content is selected and built into a cohesive, well-structured document in Microsoft Word.
Presentation Library - Sales professionals and others create customer-focused presentations based on pre-approved slide content. Existing slides are automatically indexed in the database, allowing users to quickly find relevant presentation material, tailor it for the intended audience, and generate a PowerPoint file that uses your approved style templates.
ProSearch - ProSearch provides easy, on-demand access to your best sales content. Whether responding to assigned RFP questions or searching for other types of content, ProSearch keeps your Qvidian database at your fingertips. ProSearch is accessed through your Internet browser and connects to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, or any other application.

No Software on the Desktop - Qvidian is offered as an on demand solution. All users access their Qvidian tools through their Internet browser, eliminating the need to install or maintain software on users’ computers.
Works with Microsoft Office - Qvidian solutions outputs a Microsoft Word document and PowerPoint presentations which can be edited by the end-user. Optionally, administrators can lock documents so they cannot be edited without a password—or generate a finalized deliverable in PDF.
Simple, Intuitive Wizard Interface - For the creation of customized documents and presentations—like sales proposals, letters, and presentations—Qvidian technology coaches the end-user through a series of questions and gives you choices for the most common answers. After completing the wizard, the Qvidian solution assembles everything in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or PDF.
Collaborate with Co-Workers - Assign sections of the document to co-workers and notify them automatically by email that they have an assignment. Everyone can work on their assigned sections at the same time.
Create User-Defined Screens - Using Qvidian, you can capture information that is relevant to your business. Create an unlimited number of custom Data Screens. All fields are customizable and can be linked to specific document types.
Integrate with 3rd Party Applications - Connect to your Salesforce.com database and merge contact information throughout your proposal. Or use Qvidian’s Web Services Integration Model to connect with any other system.
Include Text and Graphics - The Qvidian database can store text, bullets, formatting, logos, pictures, and other graphics to make your RFP responses, sales proposals, presentations, and other critical selling communications and look great.
Store Final Proposals and Other Documents in the Repository - Store final proposals, and other sales/marketing material in the Qvidian repository. Users can quickly search the repository to find relevant content.
Flexible Reporting - Qvidian’s powerful reporting engine can query any field in the database to run reports that meet your needs. Within each Qvidian solution, common reports that you want to have are included and it's easy to create custom reports.
Security Permissions - Associate comprehensive security permissions with each user to determine their access level within Qvidian. Users can be created within Qvidian or you can leverage our LDAP integration and access Qvidian with your network login.
Multiple Language Support - Qvidian identifies your Internet Explorer language settings and displays the interface in the appropriate language. You can also create documents in multiple languages.
