Log a Case Online 24/7 |
1.Go to http://www.qvidian.com/community
2.Logon to the Qvidian Community with your Qvidian Community user ID and password. (Note: This is different from the user ID that you use to logon to Qvidian.)
3.Go to the third Cases tab.
4.Click Log a Case from the left side menu options.

The Qvidian Support center is staffed from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time (GMT -05:00), Monday through Friday, except holidays. For clients with 300-plus end users, 24/7/365 support is available at an additional cost.
You can log a case with Qvidian Support by email or the online Qvidian Community—any time. The Qvidian team will process and respond to your request during the operation hours provided above.
