Qvidian Web Orientations

How do I join the Qvidian web orientations?  How do I learn what is scheduled?

Qvidian’s live instructor-led web orientations provide an excellent opportunity to prepare for scheduled Qvidian implementation and training, or to refresh the lessons learned during training. 

To view the list of scheduled web orientations, or to join a web orientation:

1. Log on to the Qvidian Community at www.Qvidian.com/Community.

2. Navigate to the Web Orientations tab.

3. Click the View Web Orientations Schedule & Login Instructions link.

4. Take note of the orientations that are of interest to you—and schedule your calendar! 

5. When you are ready to attend a scheduled web orientation, return to the View Web Orientations Schedule link and click on the WebEx link to join the orientation.  You will be prompted with audio instructions. 

Take note:  Registration is not required to attend the web orientations—and there are no reminders!  If you want to take advantage to the web orientations, we recommend that you schedule your calendar!

How do I access the recorded web orientations?

Several regularly-scheduled web orientations have been recorded. 

You can access these recordings any time through the Qvidian Community.  Navigate to the Libraries tab, from the drop-down Content Search, select Sant Suite 9. – Web Orientations.  The available recorded web orientations will display.
