A variety of refresher options are available to users who have previously completed The RFP Machine course and are interested in reviewing selected topics.  This course is also offered to The RFP Machine users who have received training on previous versions of the software and are looking to learn about new features and enhancements.  

For a hands on refresher participants can attend one of the individual modules: 

• Knowledge Base Fundamentals - Covers the fundamentals of styles & formatting, directory, building and navigating a knowledge base 
• Advanced Content Management - Covers query and methods to maintain your content. 
• Replying to an RFP - Covers the process to respond to an RFP/RFI and collaborating with subject matter experts.

The Online RFP Machine course is another refresher alternative with the training provided in demo format.
