Ready, Set, Respond is a 3-day workshop course designed for professionals who are responsible for building the Pragmatech knowledge base and for responding to RFPs using The RFP Machine.
This results-oriented course provides you with:
A knowledge base foundation containing up to 200 content records
The skills to reply to an RFP using The RFP Machine
Basic content maintenance methods
At the start of the workshop, you select a pre-built Word document styles template and Directory structure to begin the knowledge base build process. Then, the Quick Build feature is used to import information from a previously completed RFP response into the knowledge base. Finally, with the foundation of a content knowledge base in place, you learn how to produce RFP responses by retrieving information from your knowledge base, as well as basic content maintenance steps. This is a hands-on course in which you learn as well as produce!
Follow-up Training
Upon completion of the Ready, Set, Respond workshop, you should attend an Online Content Management Essentials class.
What to Bring Bring the following in electronic format:
The most current completed RFP response. This will be used to build knowledge base content.
An unanswered RFP - different than that above. This will be used to practice and learn how to use the automated RFP response solution
