​Kym founded SalesEdge in the beginning of 2007.   She is a results driven highly successful leader with more than 20 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Strategy.   As President and CEO of SalesEdge LLC she is responsible for the direction and continued growth of sales, marketing and services.

Prior to founding SalesEdge, Kym held senior level positions in sales at Pragmatech Software, Kadient and PC Connection.

Kym earned her BA from Southern New Hampshire University and MBA from Boston University. ​

Lisa Plourde

Vice President Professional Services

​Lisa has been with SalesEdge since its inception in 2007.  With more than 25 years’ experience in Training and Sales Management. As Vice President of Professional Services she is responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation and training services.

Prior to SalesEdge, Lisa was the Director of Training at Pragmatech Software and Kadient, and held Director roles in Sales and Training at Amherst Technologies.

​Lisa earned her BA degree from Saint Michael’s College.

Elizabeth Goonan

Senior Director of Sales

Elizabeth is a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with more than 25 years’ experience with all aspects of the sales cycle. At SalesEdge, she is committed to drive client engagement and customer success by helping our clients improve the effectiveness of their sales, marketing and proposal teams.

Prior to joining SalesEdge in 2007, Elizabeth was with Pragmatech Software, now Qvidian Corporation.  Before Pragmatech Software, Elizabeth was a senior account manager at Amherst Technologies, where she developed and grew new territory revenues to more than $3 million annually and mentored new sales associates.

​Elizabeth holds BS in Marketing, Math and Psychology from Plymouth State University.  She has been an active member of the APMP Nor’easters’ chapter board of directors. 

David Miller

Director, Account Management

David enthusiastically helps our SalesEdge customers align Qvidian technology in support of their business goals and objectives.

Before joining SalesEdge in 2015, David worked as a Corporate Sales Representative for Qvidian, where he acquired a wealth of knowledge regarding Qvidian Proposal Automation software. Prior to Qvidian, David held sales and marketing positions with Ontuitive, Skillsoft, Confirmit and Reed Elsevier.

David holds a BSIE from Merrimack College.
Jeanne Schulze

Jeanne Schulze

Marketing Director / Account Manager

With prior account management, marketing management, and proposal management experience, Jeanne joined the SalesEdge team in 2007.   As an Account Manager, Jeanne helps clients be more productive and effective by automating their sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses using Qvidian solutions.

Jeanne has held positions at Pragmatech Software, AnchorPoint, and Honeywell International Inc.  She earned a BA in Communications and in Management from Simmons College, an MBA from Northeastern University, and holds Foundation Level accreditation from APMP, the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.​

Senior Client Services Manager

​Stacey is a proposal professional with exceptional understanding of the Microsoft Office solutions and best practices that every content and proposal manager needs to know!  Stacey holds Microsoft Expert certificates in numerous Microsoft Office applications. 

​For over 15 years, Stacey has helped hundreds of organizations implement proposal automation technologies as a Senior Client Services Manager with SalesEdge, and earlier as a senior-level trainer at Pragmatech Software.
