With just a point and click, ConcurrenceCatalyst gathers content files (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images, CAD files, multimedia, and more) from any source, collates and publishes the content in a single collection, creating an output suitable for desktop; PDF for email delivery; executable file for CD, DVD, or Flash drive; or HTML for web page publication.

The ConcurrenceCatalyst solution incorporates three components:
Editor Module
The Editor, a truly easy-to-use, six-tab software tool, helps you quickly compile all information for proposals, or other collections of information, by batching-in all proposal content – including that from pre-defined templates as well as the custom proposal content that you have crafted for the specific opportunity.
For each collection of information, you apply a branded user interface, define the information structure and the navigational links that will help your information consumers find the information that they need, and finally select how you want to publish your information with options including: PDF for email delivery; executable file for CD, DVD, or Flash drive; or HTML for web page publication.
The process to compile and publish takes minutes; the results look fabulous!
Custom Branded User Interface
The Custom Branded User Interface defines the visual look-and-feel of your proposal or information collection.
ConcurrenceCatalyst is delivered to you with a user-interface that is custom-designed in compliance with your branding standards and styles. Akin to a web page, the user-interface provides a landing page with the colors, fonts, images that are in compliance with your branding standards.
When you deliver a proposal or other information collection, your information consumers find the files that they require through a highly-professional interface that is branded to you – and not Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Explorer.
We provide you with your first user-interface. You can create an unlimited number of user-interfaces using the Chameleon module.
Chameleon Module
This desk-top software application allows you to create and update your Custom Branded User Interfaces. For example, you might have a uniquely-branded interface for each product line, market segment, or business unit – perhaps a specially-branded interface to deliver materials at a customer conference, channel partner event, product launch, or sales team event.
ConcurrenceCatalyst Technology
ConcurrenceCatalyst is installed on local PCs with minimal footprint of just over 100MB. The solution has no external components or server requirements. It is simple to download, install, and operate. It requires little or no reliance on your administrative privileges.
ConcurrenceCatalyst does not include a database. Rather, ConcurrenceCatalyst compiles proposal content files that are accessible from any mapped drive. A proposal project data file can be saved to a shared folder providing multiple users with access to the proposal. However, only one user can update a proposal project data file at a time. The application supports safe workflow processes to gain proposal review, comment, and approval.
Over 100 engineering-years have been invested in the design and development of ConcurrenceCatalyst, for which there have been a steady release of software upgrades of up to two per year with enhancements driven by customer requests.
