FastForms are just a little known treasure that can make one’s job a whole lot easier. Here is what they can do for you. You may have a FastForm that is used by sales reps to generate an RFP Response Prequalification document. Another FastForm may ensure that all RFP responders finalize the RFP response according to company standards. Users of The RFP Machine or The Proposal Automation Suite create a form that is part of a Word template. The Word template with FastForm can then be shared with any team member using Microsoft Word - including reps, sales engineers, etc. Pragmatech user licenses are not required to run a FastForm. FastForms can be used to perform the following functions: • Apply finishing steps to RFP responses by: • Easy fill-in of prompt text fields • Remove Collaboration data • Force document mapping data – and other steps traditionally addressed by the Pragmatech Run Finishing Steps process
• Apply a style template to the RFP response • Attach your standard introduction or appendices to the RFP response FastForms enable you to ensure that the document is compliant with your brand and other proposal standards. They are particularly helpful to team members who are not so Word-proficient; it ensures that what they generate looks good! Stacey
