The inciteKnowledge curriculum includes the following:

inciteKnowledge Workshop

The 3-day inciteKnowledge Workshop is attended by professionals who are responsible for the building and the maintenance of an inciteKnowledge base – as well as helping sales, marketing, and proposal end-users improve sales performance with use of inciteKnowledge Express.  In this workshop, participants learn how to use Knowledge Manager and they build the foundation of a sales knowledge base containing up to 200 content records.  The actual number of content records enters varies based upon availability of content and complexity of content records.

inciteKnowledge Manager Training

This 2-day inciteKnowledge Manager class is attended by professionals responsible for managing or maintaining the inciteknowledge base and Express services.  Participants learn how to use Knowledge Manager while working within their inciteKnowledge sales knowledge base.

inciteKnowledge Express

Deployment of inciteKnowledge Express to your sales people, proposal professionals, and others is not technically complicated given that there is no software to install and it easy for end-users to search for and apply the information that their customers and prospects require.   

In the inciteKnowledge Workshop and Knowledge Manager Training class, SalesEdge provides knowledge managers with the skills and tools to train end-users on use of Express.   However if desired, SalesEdge does offer customized Express training services to help you roll-out use of Express for RFP responses, proposals, and other sales-critical communications within an organization.
