inciteKnowledge Training: inciteKnowledge Workshop
The inciteKnowledge Workshop is a 3-day hands-on course designed for professionals who are responsible for building an inciteKnowledge base with Word, PowerPoint and PDF content – and for maintaining the sales and marketing content used to create RFP responses, proposals, and presentations using incite Express.
This results-oriented course provides you with:
- A knowledge base foundation containing up to 200 content records*
- The skills to manage content format using templates
- Administrative knowledge to manager users
- An in depth understanding of Express and how to enhance the user’s experience
- Knowledge to manage a content review process
In preparation for workshop, SalesEdge-provided, self-paced instructions will guide you through the process of defining your style template and directory structure, as well as gathering content. At the workshop, you will complete your Word styles template, create your directory structure and begin the knowledge base build process of importing content. Throughout the workshop, you will use Express to understand the end-users experience, as well as learn Administrator functionality. You will learn content management functionality to enhance your Express users experience by using the thesaurus, auto prompts, linking records, and blueprints for standard deliverables such as proposals and presentations. Content management functionality of query, content reviews, and feedback are explored. This is a hands-on workshop where you work in your own knowledge base environment.
