Effective January 1, 2012, Qvidian Technical Support will no longer accept support calls for Pragmatech, except for the following scenario. For those Pragmatech customers who commit to convert to Qvidian Proposal Automation, but where the conversion process cannot be completed by December 31, 2011, these customers will continue to receive Pragmatech support until their conversion to Qvidian is completed, or February 28, 2012, whichever occurs first.
