Learn comprehensive Qvidian skills to manage and support an RFP response process using Qvidian. Participants learn how to build a library—or continue building an existing library; use the library to respond to RFPs and other questionnaires; collaborate with other team members for RFP response; build the response document using a Qvidian-automated RFP response template, and finally manage content.

This customized course advances the skills of professionals responsible for managing content in a Qvidian library. Participants learn the options and best practices to efficiently create and manage a content review practice, collaborate with subject matter experts, and keep your content ready for the next opportunity!

Through this workshop, participants learn how to automate customized documents within Qvidian. Training focuses on the fundamentals of document architecture that are needed to automate the organization’s first document. With guidance of the SalesEdge trainer, participants create an automated document such as a proactive sales proposal, statement of work, or automated manual, that is production-ready.

SalesEdge will tailor training to your specific objectives, including training programs for sales professionals and subject matter experts using your Qvidian and internal processes.

This 3-hour online course focuses on RFP response using Qvidian’s Create a Project. This course teaches professionals responsible for answering RFPs the time-saving functionality of using Qvidian’s Project to manage the RFP. Participants quickly learn how to find and apply library answers, collaborate with team members, and track the progress of RFPs against deadlines.

Under the guidance of a SalesEdge trainer, professionals learn how to automate response documents for recurring due diligence or client questionnaires within Qvidian. In this workshop training event, participants create an automated DDQ document that is production-ready. Participants acquire the skills to create additional automated DDQ or client questionnaire response documents.

Akin to Document Automation Training, participants learn how to automate customized presentations within Qvidian. Training focuses on the fundamentals of document architecture—and the intermediate document automation functions required to automate the organization’s first presentation.
